루마니아의 지속적인 경제 성장을 위한 요인 분석에 관한 연구

A Research on the Factor Analysis regarding a Sustainable Economic Growth in the Case of Romania: Concentrate on Regional Competitiveness by Industry Using the RLQ Analysis

루마니아는 선진 유럽 국가들에 비해서 경제 규모는 크지 않지만, 중·장기적으로 성장 가능성이 높은 국가이다. 본 연구에서는 루마니아의 지역별· 산업별 RGDP 데이터를 분석하여 루마니아가 지속적이고 안정적인 성장을 위해서는 지역별로 어떠한 산업 우선 정책이 필요한지에 대해 분석하기 위해 Romania Location Quotients(RLQ) 방법론을 사용한다. 본 연구의 분석 결과, 루마니아에서는 수도권 중심으로 서비스 산업을 중심으로 고부가가치 산업이 발전하는 경제 성장 패턴을 보이는 것으로 확인이 되었다. 이는 향후에 루마니아에서 국토 불균형 경제성장 현상을 초래할 가능성이 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 따라서 루마니아 정부는 지역별로 경쟁력이 있는 산업을 특화·육성하여 국토 균형발전을 달성하는데 노력해야 할 필요성이 있음을 확인했다.

Romania has high potential growth in the medium or long term. This research investigates how macroeconomic indicators have been changed until now and analyzes what kinds of strategy for development are needed in Romania. This research conducts the RLQ analysis to analyze what kinds of primary policies are needed to accomplish economic growth. This research conducts empirical tests by using regional and industrial data to do empirical tests. Test results show that Romania has been experienced a pattern of economic growth concentrating on metropolitan area. This can make national unbalanced development in Romania. To figure out this problem, government of Romania needs to conduct a strategy of national balanced growth for major industries. This way Romania can accomplish balanced economic growth and it helps for Romania in accomplishing stable and sustainable economic growth.
