Polyhedral is a representative stone artifact in the Korean peninsula, which has been found in many paleolithic site. In the Han River downstream, many paleolithic site was excavated recently and some polyhedrals were collected from that sites. Polyhedrals were found in the sites of more than 10 in the Han River downstream. Polyhedral was made mainly of Quartz and Quartzite. Polyhedral has about 95㎜ in length, width and 85㎜ in thickness. The weight of that between 200~1600g. but average weight is between 600~1,200g. Polyhedral was excavated in various sedimentary layer. and the result of sedimen -tary layer dating was various also. It is between almost BC 20,000~80,000 year. The dating result of sedimentary layer is similar to the dating result of paleolithic sites in the Han River downstream.
