외상을 경험한 양육미혼모의 외상후 성장 경험

A Study on Post-traumatic Growth experience of trauma-stricken unmarried mothers

본 연구는 양육미혼모의 외상과 외상후 성장 경험의 본질과 의미를 탐색하고자하였다. 연구문제는 첫째, 양육 미혼모의 외상적 경험은 어떠한가? 둘째, 양육 미혼모의 외상후 성장 경험은 어떠한가?로 설정하였다. 본 연구의 자료는 2015년부터 2016년에 걸쳐 3회의 심층면담을 통해 수집하였다. 능동적으로 외상과 외상후성장경험을 표현할 수 있는 양육미혼모 8명을 눈덩이표집을 활용하여 심층 면담하였으며, Giorgi의 현상학적 연구방법을 적용하여 자료를 분석하였다. 연구결과, 양육미혼 모의 외상 경험의 본질은 36개의 의미단위, 9개의 주제, 5개의 하위범주로 추출되었다. 외상 경험의 본질은 ‘갑작스런 임신’, ‘단절을 경험함’, ‘슬픔에 빠짐’, ‘미혼부에 대한 원망과 체념’, ‘폭력을 당함’이었다. 외상후성장 경험은 110개의 의미단위, 25개의주제, 10개의 하위범주로 이루어졌으며 ‘입소를 수용함’, ‘초기에는 적응하지 못함’, ‘시설에 적응함’, ‘엄마와 아기의 상호작용’, ‘사랑과 치유를 받음’, ‘마음의 안정을 찾아감’, ‘자신을 긍정적으로 바라봄, ‘엄마로서 미래의 삶을 낙관함’, ‘대인관계에서 성숙함’, ‘삶을 긍정적으로 바라봄’으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 양육미혼모들이 어머니 중심의 일방적인 모성애를 실천하는 것이 아니라 아기와의 상호작용을 통해 사랑과 치유를 받고 있으며 이것이 성장의 동력이 되었다는 점을 드러냈다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

The purpose of this study is to explore the experience of post - traumatic growth of unmarried mothers, to describe and understand the nature and meaning of their traumatic experience. First, what is the traumatic experience of the nursing unwed mothers? Second, what is the experience of post-traumatic growth of unmarried mothers? Eight unmarried mothers who were able to actively express traumatic and traumatic experiences were interviewed using snowball sampling and data were analyzed by applying the phenomenological method of Giorgi. As a result, the nature of the trauma experience of the unmarried mother was extracted in 36 semantic units, 9 subjects, and 5 subcategories. The essence of the trauma experience was sudden pregnancy , experiencing disconnection , sadness , resentment and resignation to the unmarried wife , and being subjected to violence . The post-traumatic experience of the unmarried mothers was composed of 110 semantic units, 25 themes, and 10 subcategories. They were classified as accepting admission , not adapting at the beginning , adapting to the facility , I am optimistic about my future life as a mother, I am mature in interpersonal relationships, I am looking forward to life, And positive look . In this study, it is significant that the unmarried mothers of mothers showed love and healing through their interaction with the baby, not the one-sided mother-centered mothership, and that this became the driving force of growth. She has a sense of responsibility for the child while being healed through the child, and maternal love is characterized by interaction, not one-way.
