특성화고 학생의 인지능력이 업무수행능력에 미치는 영향:

The Effects of Cognitive Ability on the Work Performance Ability of Characterization High School Students: The Analysis of Mediating Effects of Relational Adjustment and Organizational Adjustment

본 연구는 특성화고 학생의 업무수행능력에 대해 개인의 인지능력이 미치는 영향을 살펴보고, 이에 관한 관계적응, 조직적응의 매개효과를 분석하였다. 이를 통해 특성화고 학생들의 업무수행능력을 제고하기 위한 방안을 제시하고 궁극적으로 이들 의 직무적응을 제고하는데 필요한 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 특성화고 학생들을 대상으로 2016년도에 실시한 직업기초능력평가(‘16.12.13. ～ ’16.12.19) 자료를 가지고 구조방정식 모형을 활용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 인지능력과 관계 적응은 업무수행능력에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 관계적응의 매개 효과를 확인하였다. 조직적응은 업무수행능력에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 이와 같은 결과에 기초하여 특성화고 학생의 업무수행능력을 향상시키기 위 한 방안으로서 인지능력을 높이기 위해 기초학력 수준을 보완할 수 있는 학교 차원의 노력이 이루어져야 하며, 대인관계능력의 향상을 위한 정책적 접근이 필요하다는 것을 제안하였다.

This study examined the effects of personal cognitive ability on the work performance ability of characterization high school students, and also analyzed the mediating effects of relational adjustment and organizational adjustment. Through this, it aimed to suggest measures to improve the work performance ability and provide the basic data necessary to the improvement of job adjustment of characterization high school students. For this, the 2016 TEENUP (‘16.12.13. ~ ’16.12.19) data was analyzed with the use of structural equation model. In the results of this study, the cognitive ability and relational adjustment had positive effects on the work performance ability, and the mediating effects of relational adjustment were verified. The organizational adjustment did not have statistically significant effects on the work performance ability. Based on such results, as measures to improve the work performance ability of characterization high school students, it would be necessary to put efforts to complement the basic academic level to increase the cognitive ability in school level, and also to have the institutional approach for the improvement of interpersonal ability.
