예비유아교사와 현직유아교사의 정보윤리에 대한 의식 수준 분석

An analysis of Consciousness Level for Information Ethics between Pre-service and In-service Early Childhood Teachers

본 연구의 목적은 예비유아교사와 현직유아교사의의 정보윤리에 대한 의식 수준을 영역별로 살펴보고, 정보윤리 학습 경험의 유무에 따라 의식 수준이 차이가 있는 지 알아보는 것이다. 본 연구는 수도권에 소재한 예비유아교사 168명과 현직유아교 사 161명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구도구는 Mason(1986)의 정보윤리 및 윤리행동 기본 원리를 바탕으로 김민선, 백승익(2004)이 개발한 사이버 윤리지수평가 도구를 수정, 보완하여 사용하였다. 예비조사를 통해 설문 문항의 적절성을 확인하고 본조사를 실시하였으며 수집된 자료는 SPSS 23.0을 이용하여 평균과 표준편차를 산출한 후, t검증을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 예비유아교사와 현직유아교사들의 정보윤리의식 수준을 영역별로 살펴보면 정보의 정확성, 개인비밀, 정보의 접근성에서 현직유아교사, 예비유아교사 순으로 나타났으며 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 둘째, 정보윤리 교육 경험에 따른 정보윤리의식은 예비유아교사와 현직유아교사 모두 학습경험이 있는 집단과 없는 집단 간에 유의 미한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 이러한 연구결과는 예비유아교사와 현직유아교사들의 정보윤리의식을 함양할 수 있는 교육을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있다.

The purpose of this study is to explore consciousness level about information ethics among pre-service and in-service early childhood teachers and to compare if the level of consciousness differs between two groups based on information ethics education. A survey of 168 pre-service teachers and 161 in-service teachers were conducted. The cyber ethics scales by Kim & Back(2004), which is originally based on Mason’s information ethics & behavior principles(1986) were modified for measurements. Results were as followed; First, accuracy, privacy, and accessability scores were significantly higher in the in-service group than those in the pre-service group. Second, there is no difference between a group with information ethics education and the other group without, in terms of information ethics level of consciousness. The findings may provide resources to develop a program to foster the consciousness level of both pre-service and in-service teachers.
