Research on the Development Efficiency of R&D Institutions Based on Multi Perspective

As the main platform for of technological innovation activities, R&D institutions provide reliable organizational support for the effective implementation of R&D activities. In a certain sense，enterprise R&D institutions represent the enterprise technology level and product competitiveness in the market. This paper takes the R&D institutions as the object of study, constructs the R&D institutions from region, industry and enterprise aspects respectively. It proposes a development efficiency evaluation system of R&D institutions. By applying the factor analysis and DEA methods, the development efficiency of R&D institutions is quantitatively analyzed to find the existed problems. And finally, countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of R&D institutions are discussed.
