Since Tagahasi D∞m( 高橋亨), a scholar under the period of apanese ìnvasion, studied Chuja Learning under Chosun Dynasty in teITIs of the structure of the leading Li. the leading Ki, many investigators have regarded Toegye s losophy as the theory of the leading Li and have thought his representative idea was the mutual development of Li and Ki, which was posed through the argument of Seven (Clues) and Four (Feelings), But the study of Toegye s Learning in teITI1s of the theorγ of the leading Li and that of the mutual development of Li and Ki unknowingly has made its main part lie in that of Li and Ki, that is, ’world,’ Criticizing this point of view, Yunnamhan insist that Toegye s main point should not lie in the theory of Li and but in that of the human moral rnind, that is, not in the world’ but in the ’human, and said the evidence was that he took a serious view of Jungminjung’s XinJingFuZhu under Ming Dynasty. In XinJingFu, as he took an especial view of Ozing under Won Dynasty, Yunnamhan thought Ozing negotiated Chuja and his opposite Yuksangsan and insisted Toegye’ s Leaming of human moral rnind which took a serious view of human was influenc by Yuksangsan’s leaming of human rnind on the other hand, Shingwihyun and Imjongseok, etc. insísted that while Toegye took a serious of XinjingFuZhu and his philosophy had a tendency of 1ming of human moral rnind, he also should take an im∞rtant view of the moral culti、ration by reading, which is the cultivation through questionìng and investigation, and succeed to Chuja orthodoxly‘ First thi Toegye’ s important ideas are the the이γ of the leading Li and the leading Ki and that of the mutual development of Li and Ki, but that considering Li is at any rate ’Li in the rnind and the theory of the mutual development of Li and Ki was posed through the argument of Seven and Four which argues the problems of human mor rnind, his main point lies in ’human’ and therefore his philosophy basically is not the 1ming of Li but that of human moral rnind. 1 머so think Toegye took a serious view of Jungrninjung s XinJingFuZhu which influenced the formation of his learnìng of mor;떠 human rnind. But 1 don t think that as Yunnamhan insisted, his learning of human moral mind was directly influenced by Y uksangsan. It is because above a11 1 thi따 Ozing in the center of argument was not the negotiator of Chuja and Y uksangsan, but his J.Xlsition was basica1ly in Chuja’s. 1 don’t think that as Sngwihyun and Kimjongse insisted, ta1ting the sæne sious view of the cultivation of morality and that of questioning and investigation, Toegye succeeded to Chuja orthodoxly. 1 think that as it is seen that he to{ a serious view of Jungminjung’s Xin]ingFu Zhu, he completed his I..earning of Human Mora1 Mind ta1ting more serious of the cultivation of mora1ity.
