In South Korea is spread widely the western literature and various critical theories, whereas North Korea attaches too much irrIrtance to easn literature. As a naturaI consequence, the former is chaeristic of the modernized words and the literary variety, but also insincerity of the sociaI values. on the other and， the Northern lirature has passed over the merits of the Soulern， because it has adhered to conventionaI litery forms and words. The Southern writers contributed to a depravity of a heathy mind through a commerciaIization of literature. But North nwriS degen people into the ignorant. of course, there is a difference between an evil influence of commerciaIized literature in South Korea that of a government-controlled literature in North Korea, because the Southem writers and the Northern show that their will to conquest of this defects is totaIly different. Reversely, one can regard this situation as a primarγ factor that has threatened a existence of the writers. This study try to anaIyse a system of agitation-propaganda and organization of ‘the North Korea Union of Writers’, understand a literary works and intention of writing by viπue of the reaI experience in North Korea. FinaIly, one can come more near in North Korea.
