大明律直解의 韓國漢字語一考察

Ðaemyeongryuljikhae(大明律直解) is le Korean translation of le Ming(明)perce， Ta Ming L&uuml;(大明律). πmt book is one of the ensive idu( 更짧) to be transmitted in the yi rnasty， and contains so many Chineses. In Ðaemyeongryuljikhae the arrangement of each item of the Ming( 明) penal ce is uslly as follows : φ the original text of written law for M&igrave;ng - <ID je( 直解) - (ID the notes of the original ext-@jlae. <D and (ID -e written in Chinese sentences, while on other <ID @ , narrely jikhae( 直解)， in Kmn idu ntences. Ji값me cαltains not only Sino-Korean but so Korean-Clnese. The Kn-Chinese won:ls in jikhae are the Chinese counterparts, but both are not alike. Some Korean-Chinese wo여s crespond to ch one character in Chinese sences. We can show ‘趣便’asane:n.e. π:te other some Korn-Chinese words are so compo of two Chinese ch S， one of which has similarity inimng with one of the ∞unterrts of Chinese 11CeS. ‘邊利’( &#8226; 花利) is an ane in this se. And another some Korn-Cnese words are so sin&ugrave;lar with but n much te rne as the COlU1ter뼈rts of Chinese 않ntences. one of these words is ‘門直A’( &#8226; 守門A)， te word-order of which agrees with that of Korn. We can fu many Chinese words inc1uc in Iduyatae(更略解) of Gy，이eong Dny ∞π(홉訂 大明律直解) published in 1. lOse words which are mar wi an asterisk( *) in it are Suished from the idu words. We need to ck out the Korn-Cne Wlαds from those αtese words in uyakhæ(更略解) tdmre a classitication of lOse wos.
