64 Volume CT에서 흉부와 복부 및 골반 검사 시 환자의 피폭선량 감소에 대한 연구

A study on the exposure dose reduction for the 64 Volume CT Chest and Abdomen - Pelvic examinations

목적 : 본 연구는 흉부와 복부 및 골반 검사 시 기존의 흉부검사 후 복부 및 골반검사를 했을 때 보다 흉부와 복부 및 골반검사를 함께 하였을 경우 환자의 피폭선량이 얼마나 감소하는지 알아보고자 한다. 대상 및 방법 : 2013년 1월부터 2014년 6월까지 본원에 내원한 환자 41명을 대상으로 한 흉부와 복부 및 골반검사로 비교 분석하였다. 분석대상의 성별분포는 남자는 28명, 여자는 13명 이었고, 평균나이는 62.7세였다. a군(흉부검사 후 복부 및 골반검사를 했을 경우) 41명, b군(흉부와 복부 및 골반검사를 함께 하였을 경우) 41명으로 분류하여 평균을 산출하였다. GE Light Speed VCT 64 System을 사용하였다. 후향적으로 a군과 b군의 선량의 평균값을 비교하였다. 각 환자군의 영상의 선량 평가는 장비 콘솔에서 제공하는 총 Dose Length Product (이하 DLP, 단위 mGyㆍcm)를 이용하여 평가하였다. 결과 : a군의 평균 DLP는 535.92 mGyㆍcm, b군의 평균 DLP는 415.82 mGyㆍcm로 나타났다. 평균 감소율은 22.36%였다. 결론 : 64 Volume CT에서 흉부와 복부 및 골반검사를 함께 할 경우 각각 할 경우 보다 총 선량을 22.36% 저감시킬 수 있어 환자의 피폭선량 관리에 유용할 것으로 사료된다.

Purpose : In this study, we investigate which we can reduce the dose of radiation. Retrospective Comparison of Radiation dose at the 64 Volume CT. We compared CT dose index Chest examinations finished and Abdomen - Pelvic examinations between Chest and Abdomen - Pelvic examinations at the same time. Materials and Methods : 41 patients who admitted to hwasun CNUH during January 2013 to June 2014 and underwent CT Chest and Abdomen - Pelvic examination, were studied. Of these patients, 28 were men 13 were women. The average of ages was 62.7 years old. Group a (Chest examinations finished and Abdomen - Pelvic examinations, N = 41), group b( Chest and Abdomen - Pelvic examinations at the same time, N = 41), were classified as. GE Light Speed VCT 64 System was used. All patients performed the retrospective. Group a and group b which obtained on console, which provides total Dose Length Product (hereinafter DLP, the unit mGyㆍcm). Result : Group a average DLP value were 535.92 mGyㆍcm and group b were 415.82 mGyㆍcm. The mean average decreased rate 22.36 percent. Conclusion : The use of Chest and Abdomen - Pelvic examinations at the same time on the exposure dose reduction.
