CT Urography 검사 시 호흡에 따른 Ureter track의 조영 충만 상 비교

Comparison of contrast filled ureter track depend on breathing in CT Urography

목 적 CT Urography 검사에서 흡기와 호기 시 요관의 조영 충만 상을 알아보고자 하였다. 대상 및 방법 복부 CT를 시행한 60명의 환자를 대상으로 호기 시 30명을 A그룹, 흡기 시 30명을 B그룹으로 나누어 조사하였다. 조영제 주입 후 6분 지연영상을 Reconstruction 하여 Work Station으로 전송하여 Volume Rendering 영상으로 재구성하였다. 재구성된 영상을 요관의 구조에 따라 5범위로 나누어 흡기와 호기 시에 각각의 범위에서 요관의 조영 충만 상을 Good(3점), Common(2점), Poor(1점)으로 각각 기록하였다. 결 과 A그룹(호기)에서의 전체적인 평균은 26.4점, 흡기 시에는 23점으로 A그룹(호기)에 좋은 결과를 얻었다. B그룹(흡기)에서는 A그룹(호기) 비해 요관 전체적으로 굴곡된 영상을 볼 수 있었다. 호흡에 따른 신장의 상하 이동이 요관의 조영 충만 상에 영향이 있을 것으로 생각한다. 결 론 CTUrography에서는 호흡에 의해 요관의 조영 상에 영향을 미치고 흡기에서 보다 호기에서 요관의 관찰에 유용한 정보를 제공한다.

Ⅰ. Purpose The purpose of this study is to evaluate the enhancement of ureter according to the expiration breath and inspiration breath at CT. Ⅱ. Materials and Methods we have inspected 60 people those who had scan abdomen CT. we divided them tow group according to the expiration(group A), and the inspiration(group B). we obtained the six minute delay image and reconstructed VR image at work station(GE). we divided 5 ranges at anatomical structures of ureter. and scored good(3point), common(2point), poor(1point) according to the contrast filling state of ureter in the each group. Ⅲ. Results thd average of expiration group(group A) is 26.4 points and inspiration group(group B) was 23 points in the evaluated the contrast filling state of both side ureter. beside we searched that the ureter of inspiration group more bent than the other group(group A). we supposed that it had a decisive effect on the contrast filling state of ureter by locate of kidney. Ⅳ. Conclusion According to the results we found that the breath had a decisive effect on CT-Urography and we obtained good quality image on expiration breath more than inspiration breath at CT-Urography.
