64MDCT에서의 흉통환자와 심혈관 질환과의 관계와 검사의 유용성 평가

To evaluate usefulness and a relation of the chest pain and cardiovascular disease with 64 MDCT

Purpose To research the utilities of a cardiac 64MDCT to a patient who suffered from a chest pain, and to examine a relation between the chest pain and cardiovascular disease by analysing a sort of disease. Materials and Methods During October 2006 to January 2007, we had examined 247 patients (Male : 128, Femal e : 119) who visited our chest pain clinic. We checked patient’s respiration, non-arrhythmia, and low heart rate (75bpm: beat per min) before the examination. Also we excluded the patients from this group who was not in this condition. Results As a result, we found out that there are two groups. Normal group has 77 people (Mal e : 44, Female 33), Abnormal group has 170 people(Male 95, Female 75). The rest 19 people could not be shown an accurate result cause of appearing of potential arrhythmia and growing of the hear rate by respiration fail. We could see the calcification in the coronary artery among the patients. Conclusion From this examination, we could analyze the relation between the chest pain and the cardiovascular, and we were able to know an accuracy and usefulness of the 64MDCT for cardiovascular disease. But arrhythmia and non-controlled respiration are still remained as a limitation of the 64MDCT. Furthermore, to execute an accurate examination of heart without the limitations, more developed-equipment will be recommended.
