Test bolus triggering을 이용한 CT Mesenteric Angiography Arterial phase의 적정 Delay time에 관한 연구

A Study on Proper Delay lime of Arterial Phase During CT Mesenteric Angiography Using Test Bolus Triggering

Purpose This study is to determined the proper delay time of arterial phase during the CT mesenteric angiography by using test bolus triggering. Materials & Methods 100 patients, the man were 56 and woman 44, were examined the abdominal pelvic CT. The average age was 50.4 years in man, 51.9 in woman. Test bolus triggering was done for obtaining enhance peck time, and an image was obtained by the enhance peck time added an delay time. The image was evaluated by three observers. Results A mutual agreement level of the observers was between 0.49 and 0.71. The most proper delay time of CT mesenteric angiography was each enhance peck time added 6second. Conclusion The each person’s enhance peck time using test bolus triggering is useful in CT mesenteric angiography.
