노인체육전공 대학생의 봉사활동 참여에 따른 노인인식이 진로탐색행동에 미치는 영향

The Effects of Volunteer Activities on Career Search Behavior of Perception of The Elderly in Major College Student of Elderly Sports

이 연구는 노인체육전공 대학생의 봉사활동 참여에 따른 노인인식이 진로탐색에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 구명하는데 그 목적이 있다. 자료수집은 서울에 위치한 K대학과 경북에 위치한 D대학에서 노인체육을 전공하고 있는 대학생으로 229명을 유 목적적표집법으로 표집하였다. 그리고 설문조사 기간은 2017년 9월-10월까지 진행하였으며, 자료는 컴퓨터에 개별 입력(coding)시키고, Window용 SPSS/PC+ 21.0 Version 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, t 검증, 상관분석, 표준중다회귀분석을 실시하여 검증하였다. 이상의 연구방법과 절차를 통하여 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 노인체육전공 대학생의 봉사활동 참여유무에 따라 노인인식과 진로탐색행동에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과 성격 특징, 사회적 관계, 가족 관계에서 참여집단이 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째,봉사활동에 참여한 노인체육전공 대학생의 노인인식이 진로탐색행동에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과 지적 능력, 사회적 관계, 가족 관계가 직업에 대한 탐색과 자신에 대한 탐색에 유의한 영향이 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결과적으로 노인체육전공 대학생들에게 봉사활동 참여는 의미가 있으며, 노인 인식 변화와 진로탐색에 얼마나 영향을 미치는지에 대해 알 수 있었다. 따라서 노인 봉사활동 참여에 대한 자발적인 참여동기를 부여하고, 봉사활동에 대한 책임감과 실천할 수 있는 다각적인 노력이 필요하다.

This study examined the analysis of the effects of volunteer activities on career search behavior of perception of elderly perception in major college student of elderly sports. The reliability and validity test of the questionnaire itself was conducted by using SPSS & AMOS Window 21.0 program; the results of descriptive statistical analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, analysis structural equation modeling are as follows; The results were as being follows. First, the Volunteer Activities are partially influences on perception of elderly and career search behavior. Second, the major college student of elderly sports in volunteer activities are partially influences on perception of the elderly of the elderly on career search behavior
