대학 특성화 사업(CK)의 질적 제고를 위한 경험적 접근:

Empirical Approach for Qualitative Improvement in University for Creative Korea Project (CK): Focused on the case of ‘the project of raising human resources for the core competency of the global business in the footwear industry (Footwear Young Lions)

본 연구는 경성대학교 대학특성화 사업(CK)에 참여한 학생들의 경험적 사례를 분석하여 대학특성화 사업(CK) 운영의 질적 제고를 위해 조사되었다. 먼저, 신발산업 Global Business 핵심역량 전문 인력 양성 사업단에 참여한 학생 6명을 유의 표집하여 구조적 설문지, 심층면담, 포커스 그룹면담 등을 실시하였다. 이를 통해 학생들의 경험적 인식을 도출하여 3차에 걸친 내용범주화 과정을 거쳐 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 소통, 참여, 경험, 취업의 4개의 대주제와 10개의 소주제가 도출되었다. 대학특성화 사업(FYLs)의 적극적인 참여는 ‘소통’ 하는 우리를 있게 하였고, 대학 특성화 사업(FYLs)의 ‘참여’ 로 학생들의 역량을 강화시켰다. 또한, 대학특성화 사업(FYLs)은 신발산업의 글로벌 비즈니스 무대를 ‘경험’ 하게 하였으며, 신발산업으 로의 ‘취업’ 이라는 결과를 가져왔다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 5차년도 대학특성화사업(FYLs)의 운영 및 질적 제고에 기여하여 신발산업의 우수한 전문 인력 양성에 밑거름이 될 것으로 기대한다

The purpose of this study is to analyze the empirical case of students participating in CK (University for Creative Korea) project in Kyungsung University and achieve qualitative improvement in the operation of the CK project. First, six students who participated in the project of raising human resources for the core competency of the global business in the footwear industry were purposefully sampled, and then they had structural questionnaire, in-depth interview, and focus-group interview. After that, their empirical recognition was drawn and then was analyzed through three times of conceptual categorization process. As a result, four categories-communication, participation, experience, and employment-and ten subcategories were extracted. The students active participation in the FYLs led to communication , and their participation in the FYLs enhanced their competency. In addition, the FYLs enabled the students to have experience of the global business in the footwear industry, which resulted in employment in the footwear industry. It is expected that the result of this study contributed to operating the fifth-year FYLs and improving the FYLs qualitatively, and raising excellent human resources in the footwear industry.
