콜라주 활동을 통한 예비유아교사의 바람직한 교직관 형성 지원 프로그램 적용 및 효과

Application and Effects of Collage-Based Program for Building an Ideal View of Teaching among Preservice Early Childhood Teachers

본 연구는 예비유아교사의 바람직한 교직관 형성을 지원하기 위해 개발된 교사교육프로그램을 교사교육현장에 적용함으로써 그 효과를 검증하고 추후 보다 효과적인 적용을 위한 방안을 모색하는 것을 목적으로 진행되었다. 이를 위하여 연구자는 콜라주 활동을 통한 예비유아교사의 바람직한 교직관 형성 지원 프로그램을 12주동안 U대학 예비유아교사 30명에게 적용하였다. 프로그램의 효과를 검증하기 위해 연구자는 예비유아교사들을 대상으로 교직관을 측정하기 위한 사전·사후 검사를 실 시하였으며 분석결과 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 더불어 예비유아교사의 프로그램 참여 경험이 직업이해, 직무능력, 직업 신념을 포함한 3가지 하위영역에서 각각 ‘과거의 바람직한 투영’ 과 ‘전문인으로서 나 인식하기’ 그리고 ‘매력 극대화의 시간 ’ 과 ‘나에 대해 타자되어 보기’ 마지막으로 ‘성실한 마음과 공교한 기술’ 과 ‘미래를 여는 다짐’ 과 같은 내용으로 예비유아교사의 교직관 형성 지원 과정에서 의미 있는 경험으로 제공되고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of a program geared toward assisting preservice early childhood teachers in building an ideal view of teaching in teacher education and to give some suggestions on how to conduct it more effectively in the future. A program that used collage activities to help preservice early childhood teachers to have a desirable view of teaching was offered to 30 preservice early childhood teachers at a university for 12 weeks. As a result of testing their view of teaching before and after the program to determine its effects, there were statistically significant differences. When the interview data of five groups that were collected as qualitative materials were analyzed, the collage activities that were carried out in the program provided them with significant experiences in three subareas that were vocational understanding , job competency and occupational belief : reflecting the past in a desirable way and perceiving oneself as a professional , time for maximizing one s attractions and looking at oneself as the other, and integrity and elaborate skills and ”resolutions for the future.”
