금융 산업의 디지털 트랜스포메이션을 위한 IT 거버넌스 영향 요인

Investigating Critical Factors on IT Governance for Digital Transformation: the Case of Financial Industry

본 연구는 IT 거버넌스의 영향요인 우선순위를 파악함으로써 금융 기업이 디지털 트랜스포메이션에 대비하여 IT 거버넌스 전략 수립을 하고자할 때 시사점을 제공한다. 분석을 위하여 사회 기술적 관점 프레임워크를 기반으로 18개 요인을 포함한 Extended-STS 프레임워크를 제안하였다. AHP를 통해 우선순위를 분석해본 결과, 18개의 영향 요인 중 신뢰와 헌신/책임(인적 요소) 그리고 IT의 전략적 역할과 IT전문성(기술의 특성)이 디지털 트랜스포메이션을 위한 IT 거버넌스 수립에 영향을 미치는 요인 중 우선순위가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 금융 기관 내부 전문가의 응답결과와 외부 전문가의 응답결과를 비교분석해 보면 내부 전문가들은 외부환경 요인을 중요하게 생각하고 있으나 외부 전문가들은 기술과 업무의 특성에 더 비중을 두고 있었다

Information Technology is the critical component toward digital transformation for companies and strategic tool in the competitive environment. Thus, for the efficient operation of each company by IT, it is important to make IT governance strategy properly. This study aims to investigate critical factors of IT governance for successful digital transformation in financial industry. And, through AHP methodology we try to provide the priority among factors. Based on the results, each company could make the strategy to pursue digital transformation. We also propose the holistic framework Extended-STS for IT governance success factors, which is composed of people, structure, task, technology and environment.
