The purpose of this study was to compare pre exercise and post exercise for works site health promotion with regular exercise and to serve the physical result of six months. The subjects were 32 middle-aged men who were experienced exercise more than six months. A paired samples t-test were used to evaluate differences between pre- and post exercise values. The results were following like this: Rest heart rate and blood pressure were somewhat increased and decreased respectively, but it shows not significant meaning of statistic. Maximal oxygen uptake increased by 5.30 ㎖/㎏/min. It has a significant difference of .05. Flexibility, hand-grip, back-strength, sit-up, power and agility were not significant meaning of statistic. However, balance have statistic significant difference of .05, were increased by 15.27sec.
