항산화제 투여가 Total-Cholesterol 활성화에 미치는 효과에 관한 연구

The Effect of Antioxidant Injection and Aerobic Exercise on Total-Cholesterol Activity of Rats

The purpose of this study is to investigate the activities in the Total-cholesterol of sprague dawley rats after a 8-week aerobic exercise. The subjects of this study were 34 male white rats, origin of Sprague-Dawley, 12 months old(average body weight 418±0.6g) and classified by 4 groups(comparison, exercise, melatonin-injection and melatonin-exercise). The research result by this experiment is following. The supplement of antioxidants and aerobic exercise showed did ant affect on the values of serum cholesterol.
