The research has purpose on recognizing the fact that the office worker’s leisure sports activity improve job activation and productivity since they become satisfied with their job and lead a desirable life to the workers by systematizing various leisure sports activities through a manager institutionally, and applying it. The investigation candidate’s specimens are extracted 360 people through Stratified Cluster Random Sampling. It is used the job satisfactory measurement question magazine of Locke (1976) after completion and correction.
