유아 흡연예방교육을 위한 교사교육 프로그램 개발

Development of Early Childhood Teacher Training Program for the Smoking Prevention Education

본 연구는 유아 흡연예방교육을 위한 교사교육 프로그램 개발을 목적으로 한다 프로그램 개발을 위해 문헌고찰 및 유아 교사를 대상으로 한 요구도 조사를 실시하여 최종적으로 차시로 구성된 프로그램을 개발하였다 차시는 유아 흡연예방교육의 소개 및 유아 흡연예방교육의 이론적 개념으로 구성되 었으며 이를 토대로 차시에서는 현장 적용을 위한 실제적인 안내를 제공하고자 하였다 구체적으로 차시에서는 누리과정과 연계한 유아 흡연예방교육의 실제에 대해 알아보고 차시에서는 가정과의 연계방법에 대해 탐색해 보도록 하였다 본 프로그램에서는 강의 토론 발표 협동학습 워크숍 및 동영상 시청 등의 다양한 교수학습 방법을 활용하였으며 평가를 위해 저널쓰기 계획안 작성 브레인스토밍 역할극 등을 통해 학습자 간 교육내용을 재구성 및 공유할 수 있는 기회를 제공하고자 하였다 본 연구는 유아 교사를 위한 흡연예방교육 프로그램을 제공하였다는 점에서 의의를 가지며 본 프로 그램을 통해 유아 흡연예방교육 프로그램 운영을 위한 유아 교사의 역량이 증진될 것으로 기대된다

The purpose of this study was to develop the early childhood teacher training program for the smoking prevention education. The program was developed through the review of relevant literature and the survey of the teachers’ needs on the program, which was conducted with 278 early childhood teachers. The program is composed of five sessions. Sessions 1 and 2 include the introduction and the theoretical concepts of the smoking prevention education for young children. Sessions 3, 4 and 5 cover the practical guidelines for teachers. In particular, sessions 3 and 4 deal with the integration of the smoking prevention program into Nuri Curriculum. Session 5 shows the ways to bring home as a partner of this program. In terms of the teaching-learning methods, we use lectures, discussions, presentations, cooperative learning, workshops, and watching video clip. For the evaluation, we adopt self-checklists, role-plays, journals, lesson plans, brainstorming and individual feedback. This study is significant in that it provides the smoking prevention education program specified for the early childhood teachers. We expect this program would strengthen the capability of the early childhood teachers for running the smoking prevention education program.
