예비유아교사들의 모의수업 경험과 학교현장실습 중 수업수행을 기반으로 한 모의수업에 대한 생각

Pre-service Early Childhood Teacher’s Experiences of Simulated Instruction and Thoughts based on the Performance of Instruction Activities during the Kindergarten Practicum

본 연구의 목적은 예비유아교사들이 학교현장실습 이전에 경험한 모의수업 경험과 학교현장실습 중수업수행에 기반 한 모의수업에 대한 생각을 살펴 모의수업 운영의 질적 제고를 위한 기초자료를 제공 하기 위함이다 이에 유아교육과 학년학생 명을 대상으로 학교현장실습 이전에 집단인터뷰를 실시하 였고 그 동안 참여했던 모의수업 경험에 대한 차 저널 건을 수집하였으며 이후 학교현장실습 중 수업한 경험에 기반 하여 모의수업에 대한 생각을 정리한 차 저널 건을 수집하여 질적으로 분석하였다 연구결과 예비교사들의 모의수업 경험은 모의수업운영형태 준비 시연 참여유형 학습자 수업계획서 암기와 공유 기반의 수업시연 수업준비단계에서의 피드백제공 수업시연 후 평가의 개 범주로 학교현 장실습 중 수업경험에 기반 한 모의수업에 대한 생각은 바람직한 수업태도형성 교수역량의 기초형성 및관련 정보 축적 모의수업에 대한 아쉬움 모의수업에 대한 태도 반성의 개 범주로 설명할 수 있었다본 연구결과에서 밝혀진 모의수업의 문제와 시사점은 유아교사양성기관에서 바람직한 모의수업 운영을 위한 기초자료로 활용함으로써 모의수업의 질적 제고를 꾀 할 수 있을 것이다

The purpose of this study was to find out preservice early childhood teacher’s experiences of simulated instruction and thoughts of it based on the performance of educational activities during the kindergarten practicum. The subjects of this study were 30 senior preservice students who are attending G university in G province. Interview materials of five small groups and 30 sets of the first reflective journals of simulated instruction experiences of subjects and 23 sets of the second reflective journals of their thoughts about simulated instruction based on kindergarten practicum were collected. The data were analyzed qualitatively, and results are as follows. First, the experiences of the simulated instruction of preservice early childhood teachers can be explained by five categories: operation type, leaners, teaching memorized lesson plans, providing feedback and evaluation. Second, thoughts of the simulated instruction of preservice early childhood teachers who completed practicum in kindergarten can be explained by four categories: appropriate teacher’s attitude building, development of teaching ability and accumulating informations of teaching, regrets of the simulated instruction, reflections on the participating attitude. The findings of this research would be helpful in qualitative operation of the simulated instructions for preservice early childhood teachers.
