자아, 타인 용서 성향과 창의적 성격의 관계: 상황 용서 성향의 매개효과

The Relationship between Dispositional Forgiveness of Self and Others, and Creative Personality: Mediated by Dispositional Forgiveness of Situations

이 연구의 목적은 개인의 용서하는 성향과 창의적 성격의 관계를 검증하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 자아 용서 성향, 타인 용서 성향, 상황 용서 성향이 각각 개인의 창의적 성격에 영향을 줄 것이고, 자아와 타인을 용서하는 성향이 각각 상황 용서 성향을 매개로 하여 창의적 성격에 긍정적 영향을 줄 것이라고 예상하였다. Mturk(Amazon Mechanical Turk)을 통해 데이터 수집을 진행하였으며 총 155 명의 참여자들이 설문에 참여했다. 연구 모델 검증을 위해 구조방정식(SEM: Structural Equation Modeling)을 사용하였다. 분석 결과, 자아를 용서하는 성향과 타인을 용서하는 성향이 상황을 용서하는 성향을 완전 매개로 하여 개인의 창의적 성격에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 연구 결과를 토대로 본 연구의 시사점과 한계점, 추후 연구 주제를 기술했다.

The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the relationship between dispositional forgiveness and creative personality. To do this, this research hypothesizes that dispositional forgiveness of self, dispositional forgiveness of others, and dispositional forgiveness of situations would respectively influence creative personality. And, dispositional forgiveness of self and others would respectively influence creative personality mediated by dispositional forgiveness of situations. This study collected the data from Mturk(Amazon Mechanical Turk) and 155 people participated in it. To examine the mediation effect of dispositional forgiveness of situation, SEM(Structural Equation Model) was used. The result shows that dispositional forgiveness of self and others influence creative personality mediated by dispositional forgiveness of situations. Based on the result, implications, limitations and future study ideas were discussed.
