공공문화기반시설 이용만족도 결정요인 분석

An Analysis on the User Satisfaction of Public Cultural Infrastructure and its Determinants

주민 수요에 기반을 둔 효율적인 공공문화기반시설 이용을 위하여 기존 연구의 보완 연구로서 전체 시군구 중 1인당 문화관광 예산과 공급 시설수를 기준으로 상중하 지역을 대상으로 공공문화기반시설의 이용자 만족도 조사를 실시하였다. 공공문화기반시설의 이용 만족도에 영향을 미치는 결정요인은 쾌적성, 친절도, 질적 및 활용 측면, 편리성, 수준 및 중요도 측면으로 구분하여 순서화 로짓모형을 활용하여 도출하였다. 공공문화기반시설의 이용 만족도에 영향 요인을 분석한 결과 각각의 고려 측면에서는 편의성, 불편해소노력, 프로그램수준, 적정 요금, 접근편리성, 홍보 및 안내에 대한 만족도가 높은 경우에 전반적인 공공문화기반시설 이용의 만족도가 상승하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 공공문화기반시설의 만족도를 상승시키는 소득은 200만원～300만원으로 나타났으며, 지역 적으로는 특별시와 도에서 광역시보다 상대적인 만족도가 높은 것으로 분석되었다. 시설당 1인당문화관광예산은 증가할수록 공공문화시설에 대한 만족도가 증가하는 것으로 나타났으나, 공급되는 시설 수에 대한 만족도는 예산이 집중된 11개 이하의 상대적으로 적은 시설일 경우에서 만족도가 보다 상승하는 것으로 나타났다.

This study carries out user satisfaction survey to public cultural infrastructures to supplement weakness of previous studies after classifying and selecting regions as high-medium-low public cultural infrastructures supplied regions using culture-tourism budget per capita and number of supplied facilities. The determinants, which affect to the user satisfaction of public cultural infrastructures, are classified into comfortability, kindness, aspect of quality and utilization, serviceability, and aspect of level and importance, and estimated by an ordered logit model. After analyzing determinants for the user satisfaction of public cultural infrastructures, as long as user satisfaction of easeness, effort to solve problems of inconvenience, the level of program, proper fare, easeness to access, public relation and guide are higher, which increases general satisfaction of public cultural infrastructures. Income level from two million won to three million won increases user satisfaction, same as a higher culture-tourism budget per capita allotted. However, fewer(below 11 facilities) but strongly concentrated(higher budget) number of facilities increase the satisfaction of public cultural infrastructures.
