CVM을 이용한 창덕궁입장료 추정의 유효성에 관한 연구

A Validity Test of the Estimated WTP Using CVM for the Entrance fee of Chang-duk Palace

본 연구에서는 미국심리학회가 제시하는 내용유효성(content validity). 기준유효성(criterion vidi ty)‘ 구조유효성 (construct vidity)의 유효성 검토 기준훌 적용하여 CVM올 용한 창덕긍잉장 ‘의 WTP 추정치의 유효성융 검토하였다 내용유효성융 최대한 고려하는 CVM 방식으로 도증원 WTP추정앙정식용 이용석 유효성융 안족시켜 CVM의 추정의 의이용 강화하고 있으며 1 추정원 WTP 긍액은 수요곡선의 영객융 안족시키며 창덕궁의 잉장료와 용셰적으로 강다는 꺼우가영융 기각하지 옷하여 구조유효성의 죠건용 충족시키는 것으로 나타났다 본 연구의 절과는 장덕궁과 강용 운사유재직 운화유산 서비스의 가격 결정에 CVM을 적용하는 것이 얘우 유용한 정보릎 제공할 수 있다는 지지한다. 또한 준사유재 가치 추정율 i하여 CVM 이 유하다는 본 연구의 결론은 순수공공재의 가치영가에 CVM용 적용하는 것에 대한 필요조건용 안혹한 것으호 해석힐 수가 있다

Tñis study examines the valid.ity 이 the estimated WTP usiog CVM for the entrance fee 이 Chang-duk Palace. Three types of validity distinguished by the American PsycholicaJ Assoc.iation were used for the test ∞ntent validity, criterion valîdity, constnlct validity. The questionnaire is carefu11y made ω satisfy the standard of content validity, and the calcu1ated estimation model of the WTP for the entrance fee 이 Chang-duk Palace is not significantly different frorn the actual entrance fee which is assurn to be the construct validity measure ηle meatul of the re this study can be inteqreted that the CVM: can be rl to detennine the price of the quasi - private public gαxis， which enhances the efficiency of the fiscal policy to supply the quasi- private public gαXIS. Additionally, the positive result of the validity test of the pncmg of the quasi- private gαx:l.s can be regarded to satisfy a necessary condition of the validity test of the CVM to be used in the va1uation of the pure publκ goods
