The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of 12 weeks physical training. on their aerobic power and anaerobic power. for the 6 Disabled Alpine mono-ski athletes. After 12 weeks of physical training, the subjects were assessed VO2peak and HRpeak. For the contrast of the effects, the changes in VO2peak were shown no significant difference the comparison group with 54.66±3.86 ml/kg/min and test group showed 60.79±6.76 ml/kg/min. Also about the HRpeak, comparison group showed 198.50±4.43 beats/min and test group showed 200.80±4.91 beats/min. However, the results of test group in the field of Mean Power, Peak Power, and Fatigue index were superior compared to the one of comparison group with a significant difference and this result was consider the effects of 12 weeks physical training on the enhancement of anaerobic power were demonstrated. In conclusion, there were no significant differences after 12 weeks of physical training on the target effects, were no significant difference, but this training could enhance power namely performance enhancing of athletes.
