보육교사의 사진 찍기 경험에 관한 고찰

A Study on the Experience of Photo Taking by Childcare Teachers

본 연구는 보육교사의 사진 찍기 경험에 관한 질적 연구이다. 연구대상은 현직 어린이집 교사 6명이며, 심층면접을 통해 수집한 자료를 분석하였으며, 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, [긍정적인 측면]에 관한 주제군의 경우 <사진 결과물에 대한 교사의 만족>, <타인으로부터의 긍정적인 피드백>, <영유아 발달이 보임>으로 주제가 분류되었다. 둘째, [부정적인 측면]에 관한 주제군은 <사진 찍기 환경에 대한 불편함>, <사진 찍기 수집과정에 대한 힘듦>, <사진 찍기의 기술적인 어려움>, <영유아의 초상권에 관한 고민>으로 주제가 분류되었다. 본 논문은 향후 보육교사의 사진 찍기에 적합한 환경과 교육을 지원 해 줌으로써 보육교사의 사진 찍기에 도움을 줄 수 있는 연구에 관한 기초자료로 제공될 수 있을 것이다.

This study was a qualitative research on the childcare teacher s experience of taking photos. The research participants were 6 childcare teachers who worked in a childcare center. The data were collected and analyzed by in-depth interviews with them. The result of this study were as follows. First, the topic group on the [positive aspect] was classified as <Satisfaction of teachers in photographic results>, <Positive feedback from others>, and <Infant or child development was observed in the photos>. Second, the topic group on the [negative aspect] was classified as <Not a good environment of taking a photo>, <Difficulty in photograph collection process>, <Technical difficulty in taking a photo>, and <Troubles concerning the right of portrait of an infant or a child>. The results of this study can be provided as basic materials for research that supports systematic photo taking and data management education for childcare teachers.
