저 연령 자녀를 둔 여성결혼이민자 부모훈련 프로그램 전달방식의 적절성과 유용성 평가

Female International Marriage Immigrants Evaluation of the Delivery of a Parenting Training Program for Appropriateness and Usefulness : Filipino Mothers

본 연구는 저 연령 자녀를 둔 필리핀 여성결혼이민자를 대상으로 한 부모훈련 프로그램 전달방식이 유용하고 적절하였는지 평가하고자 하는 목적에서 시작되었다. 참여자 전원을 대상으로 하는 인터뷰는 비디오로 녹화되고 전사되어 분석되었다. 그 결과 양육 상황에 적절한 한국어 표현 방식, 한국어 진행과 통역 서비스, 비디오 활용, 출석과 숙제 제출을 격려하기 위한 물질적 보상, 운영방법(강의 주수, 교육시간, 참석인원), 프로그램에서 제공된 요약본, 추후 프로그램을 위한 제언이 주요 주제로 도출되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 차후 여성결혼이민자들을 대상으로 진행되는 프로그램 전달방식의 적절성과 유용성 증진에 기여할 것이다.

The goal of this study was to evaluate the delivery of a parenting training program to 7 Filipino female international marriage immigrants who are younger children s mothers for appropriateness and usefulness regarding delivery methods. Group interview data were videotaped, transcribed, and analyzed. Themes identified included learning Korean about parenting, English and Korean service, videotaped, materialistic reward, conduct methods, provided abstract, and recommendation. The findings can be used in adopting the program to increase appropriateness and usefulness.
