지적재조사사업과 도시재상사업 간 연계 추진의 가능성 연구

A Study on the Possibility of Linkage between Cadastral Resurvey Project and Urban Regeneration Project

지적재조사업과 도시재생사업은 사업의 물리적 대상이 다르지만 사업 주체와 공간적 대상 등에서 공통적인 면도 많다고 판단하였다. 따라서 두 사업 간의 공통점과 각기 다른 특성을 검토하여 두 사업을 연계해 추진할 수 있는 방법을 찾는다면 국가적으로나 국민적으로 많은 편익을 기대할 수 있을 것으로 판단하였다. 이에 본 연구에서는 두 사업의 연계 추진에 따른 소요 비용, 사업내용, 사업 기간 및 절차 등에 관한 효율성 분석을 통해 연계 추진의 가능성을 제시하였다. 연구결과, 소요비용적 측면에서 지적재조사사업의 조정금 발생 정도를 기준으로 분석한 결과는 연계추진의 효과성이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 사업 내용적 측면에서는 사업공정에서 중복되는 부분이 있어 연계 추진할 경우 업무 추진의 효율성이 기대되고, 사업기간에 있어서도 대략 30일에서 길게는 60일까지 기간의 단축이 가능한 것으로 나타났다.

The cadastral resurvey project and the urban regeneration project have different physical aspects of the project, but they have many common aspects such as project subjects and spatial objects. Therefore, if we look at the common features and the different characteristics of the two projects and find a way to link them together, we can expect a great benefit both nationally and nationally. This study suggested the possibility of linking through the efficiency analysis of the cost, project content, period and procedures related to the linkage between the two projects. As a result of the study, the results of the analysis based on the degree of compensatory amount of the cadastral resurvey project from the aspect of the cost point showed that the linkage promotion effect is effective. In terms of project contents, it is expected that efficiency of project promotion is expected when there is overlapping part in project process, and it is possible to shorten the period from approximately 30 days to 60 days in project period.
