An Analysis of Vocational and Technical Training for Women in Germany

At the present time, many women are looking for jobs, such as the unemployed women who can not find employment and the middle-aged housewife who wants to work after her children habe grown. For these women, vocational and technical training is necessary. Through this training, these women can either update their skills of learn a new skill. When they do so. they habe a better chance of finding a job. Both Korea and Germany offer employment insurance to their employees which can be put toward new job training in the case of unemployment. There are also organizations that offer government-sponsored job training for women who want to receive vocational and technical training. However, in Korea, women who habe received vocational and technical training still habe a hard time finding employment. In Germany, people are continually researching and experimenting with new methods in order to fit the needs of the women and the demands of the workforce. The purpose of this paper is to analyze vocational and technical training for women in Germany and find d way to make vocational and technical training in Korea more effective.
