The purpose of this study was to propose the importance and direction of training for kindergarten cooperating teachers. Therefore this study presented the comprehensive training direction of face to face training and computer internet support for kindergarten cooperating teachers. The objectives of the comprehensive training for cooperating teachers are to recognize cooperating teachers’ roles, to understand student teachers and promote reliable relationships with them, to promote disposition of professional support to teaching methods and clinical supervision, and to improve reflective thinking of cooperating teachers. The contents of the comprehensive training are orientation, cooperating teachers’ roles, properties of student teachers, reliable relationships with student teachers, support for effective teaching, clinical supervision, reflective thinking, guidance of children, and using computer. The face to face training uses various teaching methods such as lecture, discussion, role play, case-study, workshop, and audio-visual teaching. The computer internet site for support comprise the menus of resources, Q & A, discussion, journal writing, and bulletin board. The financial and administrative support of government is essential for the success of cooperating teachers training.
