한국 유치원 교사교육의 현황과 개선방안

The purpose of this study is to be progressed of early childhood educations quality and specialty of teacher with analyzing our training system and cognition of early childhood educator. First of all, our preparation period as a teacher is shorter and the channels are too much various to get a specialty than many other countries. Because it caused difficulty of teachers specialty, it is necessary to build a certain polity for preparation period and qualification grant as a teacher. And then it require to limit a training school because of surplus teacher with which would be fallen quality of teacher and education. Next, it requires study that every training schools curriculum is proper to cultivate as a specialist in the early childhood educations. Especially it is necessary to consider early field experience that is very important to understand early childhood education in the period and quality. Third, we will try to educate the teachers who have an ability to teach with our legitimacy and reality. Forth, we should continue re-education that aid to develop and improve as a teacher. Finally we need to introduce legal and social device for elevating the teachers pride and playing their role as a specialist in our society. When we recognize the teacher is the most effective element in the education and try to improve their quality similarly other educations, our future of early childhood education will be prosperous.
