인간주의의 가치와 학교교육의 방향

비인간화 현상이 심화되고 있는 첨단 과학 기술 사회에서 교육은 인간성 회복과 인간화에 적극적으로 나설 필요가 있다. 특히 교육의 핵심이라고 할 수 있는 학교교육이 정상적으로 이루어지기 위해서는 인간주의의 가치를 바탕으로 올바른 교육의 방향을 설정하고 비인간적인 교육을 인간적인 교육으로 만들어 교육이 본래적 가능을 찾을 수 있도록 노력해야 한다. 교육은 우리 사회에 광범위하게 퍼져 있는 비인간적인 문제들뿐 아니라 교육이 근본적으로 안고 있는 내재적인 문제들을 해결하는 데 적극 앞장서야 한다. 본 연구는 인간주의가 지향하는 가치를 탐구하고 그것을 바탕으로 학교교육이 어떤 방향으로 나아가야 하는지에 대해 구체적으로 살펴본 것이다. 인간주의의 가치는 인간에 대한 관심과 연구를 기조로 한다. 본 연구에서는 인간주의가 지향하는 가치로 전인, 자유, 사랑을 제시하였으며 공교육이 정상화되고 학생들이 보다 나은 교육을 받기 위해서는 학교교육이 보다 인격교육에 힘쓰며 각 개인의 잠재능력을 계발하고 보다 자유로운 방향으로 변화되어야 함을 중점적으로 다루었다.

Today many people worry about dehumanizing situation in our society. Therefore, most of all humanization of school education is increasingly required. But if we work hard to take the right course(aim) of education and to reform bad educational elements, We can see more bright students in school and advanced educational atmosphere. Therefore, we must know what are the real problems in school education. The purpose of this study is to gain the good goal in school education and the practical main items through researching the humanistic value. The humanistic value that we get to know is firstly, an interest in human, secondly, freedom of human, thirdly, whole one. And school education’s direction are love for human, an interest in individual potentiality, freedom atmosphere in school. I expected this study will be a good guide in school development. and school will be very important parts in individual life.
