심리운동과 모톨로기가 이해하는 우리의 자아는 근본적으로 신체적 자아이다. 우리는 객관적 신체 없이는 자신의 주관적 자아를 가질 수 없고, 자신의 자아 없이는 자신의 객관적 신체를 가질 수 없기 때문이다. 본 논문은 이러한 신체적 자아의 주관과 객관의 변증적 관계가 지닌 심리운동과 모톨로기의 건강지원 콘셉트에서의 중요역할과 이에 따른 평가의 어려움을 강조하고자 한다.
Psychomotorical and motological understanding of self is basically body-self. Because we could not have our own subjective self without our own objective body and vice versa. This paper is intended to highlight the important role and the consequent difficulty of evaluation of the dialectical relationship between objective body and subjective self.
