교도소아버지학교 가족인권프로그램 이수자의 교정교화정도 차이에 관한 연구

수형자 처우의 목적은 교화와 가족관계의 회복 등을 포함하는 교정공공재 (correction public service)의 생산에 있는데 특히 한국적인 특유의 가족문화에서는 수형자의 교화에 있어서 수형자와 가족간의 가족관계의 중요성은 아무리 강조해도 지나치지 않는다고 할 수가 있다. 그리하여 두란노 아버지학교운동분부가 2004년에 우리나라 교도소에서 시작한 교도소아버지학교 프로그램이라는 사회적 처우프로그램은 지금도 여전히 시행하고 있는 중이다. 이러한 교도소아버지학교 프로그램은 교정의 가족화, 교정처우의 인간화, 그리고 탈인지심리치료적 프로그램에 기초한 정서적 프로그램을 통하여 수형자의 내면적 변화의 추구에 기반하고 있는데 이는 우리나라 교도소의 수형자의 처우프로그램에서 오랫동안 행해져 온 인지심리치료적 처우와는 대비되는 것이다. 그러나 교도소아버지학교 프로그램에 관한 기존의 연구들은 수형자의 교화와 그들의 가족관계간의 상관관계의 연구에서 교도소아버지학교 프로그램을 이수한 자들에 대한 교화의 정도에 따른 차이분석적 접근은 부족한 것이 사실이었다. 따라서 여기서는 교도소 아버지학교 프로그램을 이수한 수형자들의 교정에 미치는 영향의 정도에 대한 차이분석적 접근을 하고 그러한 통계결과가 가지는 교정정잭적 방향과 사회복지적 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

The purpose of the treatment about prisoners in prison is to produce correctional public service which is expressed their rehabilitation inclusive of recovering their family relationship. In particular, The importance of family relationship the between prisoners and their family including child cannot be overemphasized under korean unique family culture. Therefore, The prison father school program which has been put in force by the duranno father school since 2004 year is still in operation. The prison father school program for the rehabilitation about prisoners is composed of the feminization of the correction, the humanization of the correction treatment, the non-cognitive psychology program which is based on the prisoner. prisoner inner change throughout emotional program compared with exiting cognitive psychology program which has for a long time dominated correctional program in korean prison. But the existing study of the corelation between the prison father school program and their rehabilitation inclusive of recovering family relationship is short of the difference analysis aspect in the rehabilitation degree after their finishing prison farther school program. Therefore, we would like to assert approach to show difference analysis in the degree of the their rehabilitation after their completing it and correctional policy device, social welfare device inclusive of correctional social welfare.
