보육교사가 인식하는 유아의 문제행동과 지도전략에 대한 연구

A Study on the Awareness of Daycare Teachers on the Problem Behaviors of Preschoolers and Guidance Strategies

본 연구는 보육교사의 지도전략이 유아의 문제행동에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구로서 보육교사의 지도전략과 유아의 문제행동의 관계에 대한 이론 및 선행연구를 통해 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 보육교사의 일반적 특성과 유아의 문제행동 유형 등을 파악하고 보육교사의 지도전략이 유아의 문제행동에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 살펴보았다. 또한 보육교사의 지도전략과 유아의 문제행동 간의 연관성을 폭넓게 이해하고 그와 관련한 업무를 수행하기 위한 직접적 개입에 도움이 되고자 연구하였다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of the guidance strategies of daycare teachers on the problem behaviors of preschoolers based on theories and earlier studies about the relationship between the guidance strategies of daycare teachers and the problem behaviors of preschoolers. It s specifically meant to analyze the general characteristics of daycare teachers and the types of the problem behaviors of preschoolers and to investigate how the guidance strategies of daycare teachers affected the problem behaviors of young children. In addition, this study attempted to have a comprehensive understanding of the association between the guidance strategies of daycare teachers and young children s problem behaviors and to be of service for the job performance of direct intervention.
