Sustainability of the city and the society is emerging as the global manufacturing industry declines, the industrial structure changes, the traditional traditional industrial cities become poor, and the urbanization becomes a new phenomenon. . In addition, as the global mobility of capital and the expansion of globalization, the significance of the community-based space and the locational context of the microscopic viewpoint are becoming more important for the differentiation of cities / regions, . However, as the paradigm shifts in competition, the question of how to achieve sustainable urban / regional development becomes more important as the division of life and vitality of the region becomes more visible. Therefore, in this study, we will establish a mutual exchange and cooperation plan for the formation of the economic power to embrace the residents of the southwestern region without restrictions. In addition, I would like to make a model for sustainable growth by reinvesting in the environment, recognizing that Koreans in Korea are not just looking for Korea to make money but a future city to live in.
