도시재생사업에 있어 주민유형에 따른 공동체 의식과 주민참여 활동과의 관계 차이 분석에 관한 연구

A Study on the Difference of Relation between Sense of Community and Civic Participation by Residents type in Urban Regeneration Project

The aim of this study is to examine the difference of relation between sense of community and civic participation stages by residents type in urban regeneration project by studying‘civic participation group’ in Seongsu urban regeneration project, which is one of the seoul urban regeneration projects. According to our analysis, depending on residents type of civic participation group in case area has large gap about strength of sense of community, participation activity and stage in urban regeneration project. Furthermore, they have difference of implications for relation with sense of community and civic participation stage. Based on the research result, it can be coverage on implications for sustainable urban regeneration strategy, which is differencing method of civic participation stages and activities by residents type in urban regeneration project; first, differentiated strengthening plan for sense of community depending on the type of residents. Second, classification of community degree for civic participation group according to strength of sense of community and civic participation plan for each degree.
