A Study on Management Strategy for Aged Housing Site - Baseded on the Comparative Analysis of the Results of 1st Planned New town

This study aims to suggest an effective strategy for developing prospective new town through a housing environment satisfactory survey to residents of Yong-in and Il-san housing site in Gyeong-gi district. Since previous studies have suggested their policy through analyzing existing cases or focusing on the number of house, they could not bear residents understanding and satisfaction of their hometown. By comparison and analyzing satisfaction of residents in deteriorated housing site development zone and 1st planned new town, this study have significance on that the development policy should consider residents request on their housing environment. Therefore, with an obvious suggestion that the government should make a solution for deteriorated housing sites, this study claims to make law for including residents satisfactory survey from the time for establishing the developmental plan. By this result, an improved strategy for city development plan will be come out and a city that satisfy the residents request.
