도쇼료본 『일본서기』 일본고유명의 성점 고찰

A Study on Tone Marks Added to Japanese Proper Nouns in the Toshoryo Manuscript of Nihonshoki

本稿は12 世紀に 伝写された 図書寮本『日本書紀』の 日本固有名の 声点を 調査し、 資料として 提示したものである。また 単数声点を 対象に 中国中古音․日本呉音․日本漢音との 対応を 考察し、 日本固有名は 低平調の 平声と 高平調の 上声点に 加点される 傾向があることを 明らかにした。 特に 日本固有名における 上声点傾向は 韓国系固有名には 見られない 加点態度である。 中国中古音との 対応関係から 日本固有名は 中国中古音をその まま 反映したものではないといえる。また 日本呉音․日本漢音との 対応関係から 日本呉音あるいは 日本漢音の 両方から 一方的な 影響を 受けてはいな いといえる。 このような 図書寮本の 日本固有名における 声点の 特徴は 古写本系の 岩崎本と 前田本の 日本固有名にも 同様にみられるため、 古写本における 日本固有名の 声点の 特徴であるといえる。

The paper investigates and provides tone marks of Japanese proper nouns shown in the Toshoryo manuscript of Nihonshoki which is assumed to be a 12th century copy. It also analyzed the characteristics of the Toshoryo manuscript in comparison with middle Chinese, Japan Go on, and Japan Kan on. As a result, Japanese proper nouns tend to be scored by low accent points (A point) and high accent points (B points). It is revealed that the B point is a different type of the proper nouns of Korean origin. Also the Toshoryo manuscript does not reflect the middle Chinese, Japanese Go on, and Japan Kan on. As the high tone marks trend at point B appears the same in the old version of the Maeda manuscript, it is a unique feature of tone marks of Japanese proper nouns shown in the old version of the manuscript of Nihonshoki.
