To love will lead you to see and you will find something else after all : Focused on the case of Principle of Business Administration class that steers various reflections through active participation

본 연구는 이론 중심의 경영학원론 수업 방식을 탈피하여 다양한 실천적 학습방식을 적용하여 창의성(creativity)을 이끌어 낼 수 있도록 커리큘럼을 구성하여 실시한 수업의 결과물에 대한 사례 연구이다. 액션러닝 방식이라는 새로운 시도를 통해 실무 경험이 전무하다고 할 수 있는 학부생들에게 다양한 성찰(Reflection)을 통해 ‘이론과 실무의 접목’을 꾀하고 창의적으로 문제를 해결 할 수 있는 방안을 모색하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

The main purpose of this case study paper is to lead participating students to display creativity by composing the new curriculum outgrowing the former class contents of principle of business administration subjects and applying various practical learning methods. It is significant that this research offers the college students lack of field experiences with action learning methods and give them to have chances to solve diversified problems combining theory and practice through various reflections.
