공유리더십이 팀 유효성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to identify the effects of shared leadership on team performance, team commitment, and team creativity. We also analyze the mediating effects of perceived similarity of team members and the moderating effects of communication types in the relationship between these variables. For this purpose, through the method of literature, we established a research model and Hypothesis was derived. In order to verify the hypothesis, we surveyed middle, small and large enterprises in Daegu and Gyeongbuk area. Also, survey participants were limited to team workers. The results of this study are as follows, First, Shared Leadership has a positive effect on Team’s Performance, Commitment, and Creativity. Second, Perceived Similarity has a partial mediating effect on the relationship between Shared Leadership and Team’s Performance, Commitment, and Creativity. Third, Formal Communication has been revealed to moderate the relationship between shared leadership and team performance. Fourth, Informal Communication has been revealed to moderate the relationship between shared leadership and team commitment, team creativity. These findings show that shared leadership is applied to the team and mechanisms for generating performance. In addition, it will create strategic human resource management to have a flexible organizational structure, and ultimately contribute to the theoretical development of shared leadership.
