대학생활 설계 학습포트폴리오 개발 경험의 효과와 의미 분석

An analysis on the effect and meaning of the university life design Learning Portfolio development experience

본 연구는 최근 관심을 받고 있는 대학생활 설계 학습포트폴리오 개발에 참여한 학생들의 경험을 중심으로 그 효과를 탐색하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 A대학의 비교과 프로그램으로 대학생활 설계 학습포트폴리오 프로그램 「대학생활의 나침 반: 학습포트폴리오」을 개발하였고, 2014년도 2학기에 프로그램을 적용하여 참여한 학생들의 전 활동을 관찰하고 분석하였다. 그 결과 대학생활 학습포트폴리오 개발 경험은 자기조절학습전략, 성취목표지향성에 영향을 미쳤다. 그리고 그 경험은 학습자의 자기관리에 도움을 주었고, 대학공부와 활동에 촉진제 역할을 하였다. 그리고 대학생활에 대한 성찰과 자기평가에 도움을 주었다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 본 연구에서는 대학생활 설계 학습포트폴리오를 학습자의 대학생활 관리, 목표 및 진로 연계 등의 측면에서 개선 방안과 전략들을 제안하였다. 그리고 대학생활 설계 포트폴리오가 확대 될 수 있도록 관련 후속 연구의 필요성을 제안하였다.

The purpose of this study is to explore the effects of portfolio based on the experience of students w ho participated in the development of a university life design learning portfolio. F or this purpose, w e developed a university life design learning portfolio program w ith a extracurricular program of a university, and observed and analyzed the w hole activities of the learners participating in the program. As a result, the experience of developing university life learning portfolio has influenced self -regulated learning and achievement goal orientation. And the experience helped the learner to self-manage, and acted as a facilitator for university studies and activities. In addition, it helped them to reflect on their university life and self -evaluation. Based on these results, his study proposed strategies and ho w to improve of university life design learning portfolio in terms of learner s university life management, goal and career connection. It also suggested the necessity of follo w - up research to expand the portfolio of university life design.
