Realities of Management and Improvement Plan of the Practical Curriculum

This research by the questionnaire method was carried into effect to the 300’s in-service teachers of the elementary schools in Choong Chung Nam Do. 1. In the management of curriculum, as the contents about promotion of human relation are insufficient in light of perioclicity and sociality, so I think we need trying to find a solution of a new plan. 2. In the practical subject contents, because the point which does not agree with the children’s developmental steps was indicated, so we need vertical moving and filling up of the unit. 3. In the guidance of learning of the practical subject, due to wants of facilities of practice, practical subject is failing in it’s duty, so we need reviewing. 4. Due to wants of materials, it looked like to have many difficulties in teaching and learning, so we need filling up and developing of materials. 5. In evaluation, we still have a biased teudency to comprehension, so we have to evaluate skill and attitude more widely after this.
