This study purported, in concretizing the comprehensive practice room models which are the actual scene of vocational training learning, to enable the pupils to display their potential abilities by participating subjectively in vocational training learning with a view to attaining the fundamental skills required of our living environments. Their related laws and orders, practice units in the curriculum of vocational training course, time allocated and tools utilized have been investigated; particularity of vocational training education and itmes to be considered in planning of the compre-hensive roomss, and the managerial, administrative conditions have also been surveyed; and remodeling the idling classrooms in the agro-fishery villages into the comprehensive practice rooms has been considered. Practice rooms were so planned that it might serve the double purposes of tool making and cooking in addition to their central role as manufacturing activities; three models with 50 pupils each in a class would instantly be used in unit practicing; particularly cooking tables which are inconvenient to make them serve for the double purposes, were minutely planned that they might serve for cooking and at the same time tool making. Equipments and installations such as materials, position of keeping tools, electricity, gaz, water supply and sewerage, ventilation, illumination, distribution of electricity, gaz and gaz tables have been ideally and concretely planned.
