Technical change is now very important on the economic vevelopment and sociol change. Technique is composed by several skill. In primary school, The skill munt he educated for human tool funct ion by teachers because the skill is a basic human tool for life. Curriculums in practical arts course of teacher’s college are very short of skills and techniques. The aim of this paper is made clear of the cause and the cause of this problems is analyzed. For this purpose students are putted a question to the third grade of seoul teacher’s college. The results of this study can be listed as follows: 1. The student of teacher’s college are short of skill about the tool treating and the experience and the practical courses should be opened and re educated. 2. For higher skill, the experiments and practices are opened enough in teacher’s college. 3. For taking experiments and practicals, the manger of tether’s college should invest in the establishment. 4. The skills and the techniques are gotten by repetition and education in repeated beaut same skills and techniques.
