The purpose of this study was to practice the education based on human-being’s intrinsic nature through experience and intuition, respecting personal freedom and individuality as well as attaching importance to living and practice by appling the vocational education to all the curriculums as a method for the course of study in elementary school. 1. As the work is a fundamental and typical activity developed the society, it helps children to be satisfied with a great interest and to have a scientific insight. 2. The vocational education makes a living rich on the basis of the understanding for himself and sets a high value on realizing a moral community. 3. The work is a presentation for human-being’s willingness. Because while it is very hard and difficult to be done, it always go with a great pleasure for the achievement. 4. Since the vocational education can be applied to all the curriculums for the functional contents in elementary school, it will help children to understand social relations and to perform moral activity. 5. As human’s work is to be mechanized and automatic, the sphere of work will be advanced in future society. Human’s basic needs for work can be transferred from material to quality of life in the future.
