This study was conducted to investigate on the realities and to explore Improvement Plan and the enhanced direction of the Practical Arts Education in the Primary School. The subjects of the inquary were primary school’s teachers who served in Seoul. There were 307 questionnaires used in the analysis. This results are as follows; First, the practice conditions of the Practical Arts Education is not nearly prepared and actually more accomplished lecture of theory than experiment and practice. So the administrative supports which create the practice condition really need. Second, serve training system for the reform on teacher’ guidance skill was needed and various material developed the practice assistance were needed. Third, the investment of resources and equipment needs for the improvement on practice environment of the Practical Arts in Education University. Fourth, the future’s development direction of Practical Arts Education give more emphasis on the home life education, which is considered to be the most fundamental and important aspect of Primary School Education.
