21C를 대비한 교육과정 개혁에 따른 초등 실과 교육과정 개발의 구조화 모형과 그 타당성 분석

Structural Model and Validity Analysis of the Curriculum of Practical Arts Education in Elementary School for Preparing an Educational Reform of 21th Century

The purposes of this study were to design the tentative model of curriculum development by reviewing the curriculum theory, to develop the structural model of curriculum development of Practical Arts Education(PAE) in elementary school as the experts’s evaluation of the model for preparing an educational reform of 21th Century. The study was carried out through the two steps: (1) the tentative model was drawn out through reviewing of curriculum theories, (2) the structural curriculum development model of PAE was presented through deliberation on the evaluation results by the experts. For the evaluation of the tentative model, fifty-five experts were selected as jurists, by purposive sampling from researchers, professors, teachers, administrators. Forty-seven questionaires responsed by experts were analyzed using SPSS-PC+ Statistic Program. The findings of the study were summarized as follows ; 1. The tentative model of curriculum development for PAE was established three variable, the Resource for Curriculum Development, the Process for Curriculum Development, the Decision-making for Curriculum Development. 2. The validity of tentative model of curriculum development for PAE evaluated by experts was comparatively high level (the mean score of the Resource for Curriculum Development was 4.11 out of 5.00, the mean score of the Process for Curriculum Development was 4.21 out of 5.00, the mean score of the Decision-making for Curriculum Development was 3.77 out of 5.00). 3. The structural model of curriculum development for PAE proposed in this study was composed of two domains, the first domain was three variables (the Resource for Curriculum Development, the Process for Curriculum Development, the Decision-making for Curriculum Development), the second domain was more specific strategies (structured model) as three variables.
