The purpose of this study was to synthesize the organizations of the bio-science area in the elementary Practical Arts Education according to the developing next curriculum of practical arts education. Subjects contains organizations of major disciplinary parts, association with other grades and subjects. To achieve this goal, suggestions were made as follows; 1. Categorization of major disciplinary parts were necessary among home economics, bio-science and technology area in practical arts education. It was supposed to have most higher priority to conduct next curriculum successfully. Environment area also should be aware of subject of practical arts education and is needed to be properly associated with its curriculum. 2. Association with each grades was to suggest more systematic and constant practical arts education. To achieve this goal, association between technology and bio science area in 5th and 6th grades was specially supposed. 3. Subjects of elementary Practical Arts Education should be reorganizing to fulfill as the future subject of elementary school curriculum. Bio-science area should change from sustainable agriculture to urban agriculture focused on the future life. Product- based type agriculture concept should be converted as humanity learning focused on the ‘Creature caring’ in the next curriculum in bio-science area. It also necessary to emphasize practical uses of various kinds of life skills as caring of flowers, trees, indoor plants, pets and animals rather than teach theoretical aspects to elucidate the characteristics of KAP.
